    Description

    J.W.Reynolds, (1904-1950) Blue Bill V- board decoys.  Three Blue Bills that fold out while in use and fold flat to carry..  Started operation in Chicago and later moved to Forest Park, Illinois.  The spring and hinge are there as well as a good clear ink stamp of the company name.  They sold in sets of 4 V-Boards and came in a dovetail wood box with carry handles.They also sold canvas decoys.
