    Description

    Hello and welcome!!  We are pleased to offer this beautiful signed Ned Mayne hand carved Ring-NeckDuck sure to make a wonderful addition to any collection!!  Ned Mayne is known as one of the best decoy carvers and wildlife artists in the Delaware, Maryland region.  This decoy measures about 13 1/4” long x 5 1/2” tall to the top of the head.  The body is cork but the head is wood.  The bottom is signed Ned Mayne, 1977, Ring-Necked Duck, THANK YOU FROM DEWSON CONSTRUCTION (shown in pics). Overall this decoy is in great condition.  There are however some signs of age including a rough spot the tip of the tail and some extremely minor dings and scuffs.  There is also some type of imperfection on the top of his head but it really doesn’t detract from this wonderful decoy.  Very nice!!
