    Rare VTG Falcated Teal Decoy Wood Hand Carved Painted Art.  This magnificent decoy was carved by Master Carver Bob Perrish in
    1994 and is 12 inches (L), 5 1/2 inches (W), 6 inches (H).  This decoy was entered in the 1994 Ward World Championship Wildfowl
    Carving Competition and took First Place in Species in the Decorative Lifesize Floating Waterfowl Category.  The Blue Ribbon is
    displayed in the photos. This incredible carving is in exceptional condition and was displayed in a case for the past 27 years.
