Here is a used CROQUET 6 PERSON Storage RACK, STAND, CADDY.
This one is ABOUT 17" wide by 23" high.   Base is 8 1/4".    23" from top of holder with holes to bottom of holder with holes.   it had 3" balls in it. sturdy
