-Faster shipping methods are available for an additional cost, just choose the preferred method at checkout.
-We ship internationally using the Ebay Global Shipping Program. This means that we will ship your item to the Ebay Global Shipping Hub in Kentucky, USA. Once your item arrives at the Ebay hub then Ebay will then ship your item directly to you and send you a second tracking number.

Return Policy
Customers must comply with the following return instructions:
- We accept returns if an item arrives to you damaged, defective, or not as described.  No returns will be processed without an RMA code.  Please contact us for the code.
- Return requests must be made within three days of receiving your item. The item must be returned the same way that it is received in the original box with all accessories & packing materials.
- Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
- All original items, accessories, manuals etc. that were included upon initial delivery must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
- If item purchased as brand new has been opened there will be a 30% restocking fee applied to your return.
Our return policy is void under the following circumstances:
- If the returned item has any signs of physical damage, mishandling, or liquid/spill damage.
- If the item is shipped to a secondary location using a forwarding shipping company.
- If the returned item is not in exactly the same condition as was initially delivered to the customer.
- If the returned item has been serviced by a 3rd party, the device has been opened, or the internal components/hardware show signs of tampering.
- Deductions to refunded amount may be incurred for dents, scratches, chips, bent corners etc
Only defective products within 3 days can be returned for an exchange or store credit only (NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN) through our RMA Only unless we don't have the same item or otherwise stated or with mutual understanding of both parties.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be filled out within 3 days before any defective and/or damaged goods may be returned. The RMA option automatically will be disabled 3 days after the auction has been closed for all items. After the 3rd day, we will NOT exchange or give store credit to any defective and/or damaged products with or without an RMA.
All defective products must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging. We will not accept any returns that do not meet all of these requirements.
