If you are unsure please contact us with photos of the AirPod and Case **What AirPod Model Do You Have?The 1st generation and 2nd generation AirPods are identical so knowing what model you have can be confusing. An easy way to find out what model you have can be done right on you’re phone. ⁃ Open Settings ⁃ Open Bluetooth ⁃ Make sure your AirPods are paired and click the i next to connected or not connected. ⁃ Go down to ABOUT and looked for where it says model number. ⁃ If it says A1523 or 1722 you have a first generation. If it says A2032 or A2031 you have second generation. What AirPod Model Do You Need? The AirPod Charging Case can be 1st Generation (A1602 Model), 2nd Generation (A1602 Model), and the 2nd Generation Wireless Charging (A1908 Model) are all compatible with either 1st or 2nd Generation AirPods. Both AirPods have to be within the same Generation in order to work. We made a compatibility chart below for 1st Generation AirPods, 2nd Generation AirPods, and AirPod Charging Cases. Please read through them to determine which parts you have and which replacement AirPod you need. You can use both 1st Generation Left and Right in either 1st or 2nd Generation Charging cases or use both 2nd Generation Left or Right in either 1st or 2nd Generation Charging Cases.Pairing your new replacement: ⁃ Put both AirPods in your charging case. ⁃ Open the lid and check the status light. It should flash amber. ⁃ Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for a few seconds. The status light should flash white* ⁃ On you’re iPhone, go to the Home Screen. ⁃ Open the case with your AirPods inside and hold it next to you’re iPhone. A setup animation appears on your iPhone. ⁃ Tap connect, then tap done.*If the status light still flashes amber, connect the case to power, close the lid, and wait 20 minutes. Then open the lid and press and hold the setup button again for a few seconds until the status light flashes white. How to do a hard reset if it will not pair immediately: ⁃ put your AirPods in their case. Close the lid. Wait 30 seconds, then open the lid. ⁃ On you’re device go to the settings then open Bluetooth. Tap the “i” icon next to your AirPods. ( If you don’t see your AirPods in settings > bluetooth, just go to the next step.) Then tap Forget This Device, and tap again to confirm. ⁃ Reset your AirPods with the lid open, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until you see the status light flashing amber. ⁃ Reconnect the AirPods with the lid open, place your AirPods close to your device. Follow the steps on your device’s screen.Returns:We have a free 30 day return policy. For a full refund please make sure the item is in the exact condition as received. All serial numbers are recorded to ensure that the same item is sent back. If possible reuse the packaging that it was sent in.Shipping:I ship all purchases out within 1 day of payment. If the item is purchased Monday - Thursday I ship it within 1 days. If it is purchased Friday-Sunday I will ship it out on Monday, with the exception of the holidays.
